The website that sent you here meant that what it was writing was ironic. It was irony. It was not for real. He or she didn't literally mean it. It was a joke... The blogger or whoever it was put a link on a text to show that the text was ironic...and that just maybe, you were a little bit too slow to get it. Otherwise you probably wouldn't be reading this :)
